Acting Supreme Court Justice for the State of New York

Franc is a graduate of New England College, receiving a BA in International Administration and Communications. Franc earned many accolades at New England College. He was “Freshman of the Year,” and Senior Class President. He received the Parent’s Award and was the Board of Trustees’ Student Representative. Franc was later elected to the Board of Trustees, becoming the youngest and first African American to join the Board.
